Backpage.com MARK Charged me twice including Racian ad company they hire plus ads was posted wrong time and suspended, not giving any reason till I filed complaint to backpage..Respond from Mark on the spot was I should pay them $23 plus as my bank removed that funds.. TX Internet
I been posting my ad in backpage last 8 plus yrs under Massage section. Since last 2 month Backpage increased rate to double. Plus another $2 charged due to Bcakpage hired international Racian company for billing which is not consumer responsibilities to for backpage business. And if they want to increase rates, they should let consumers know this before they charged twice or whatever.
I was confused knowing my charges in my card and started doing search, which took 6-8 hrs waste of my time plus reporting to bank and disputing with backpage and so on. Backpage responce was it is very little money charged extra and oppolozy. My bank reversed some amount but not all. After my many compalint Backpage decided to post few times for me.
I posted again and $2 charge was added extra by Racian company. Plus I asked for alternate day posting ads paying $ 8 for 4 ads on massage section at 1 pm. They posted at 1 am and when I reported time issue, Backpage suspended my ad plus second ad which was on sponcer section which was paid few months back in advance, which was also suspended and past ads last few months back was also suspended and no clarification were given.
I emailed to backpage today on July 31 14, Mark emailed me, no title given, saying he suspended ads due to my back reversed $8 plus $15 in past and have to pay them back to resume my all ads.
First of all, money was reversed month ago and not all.
Secondly, if backpage wanted to take action, they should have let me know first.
Third, They should not have suspended sponcer ads and old ads, whcih was already paid/taken care long time back in advance.
Fourth, Due tobackpage, Mark action I lost my business.....
Backpage also allow prostitutes to post ads in massage section last 6 months, when prostitutes has their own section as Adult section. I reported them but action was not taken by them, simply backpage..MARK only care making money. And due to his unethical business practice, many massage therapist lose business as crazy/desperate men think Sex is massage or Massage should be with sex or Erotic act.
Whoever has problem with Backpage, I strongly suggest all of them to file Action LawSuit agaisnt backpage.
