Backpage.com Takes your money but doesn't post ad, NO custermer service. Phoenix Arizona
Got scammed out of $75 by an escort who listed on BP. My bad, I was fooled once. Hoping to prevent others from being ripped off, I posted an ad in the Escorts section warning of the scammer. My account was charged the fee immediately, but the ad was never posted.
I emailed their "Customer Service" about the post not appearing. Their response was that their "community" has decided not to post that kind of ad. Well I asked for a refund, but got no response.
An extensive internet search failed to turn up any phone number to reach BP, and they just ignore emails.
A true band of thieves!
