We bought a scooter from Backstreet Scooters. It was shipped to us in a crate and I had to assemble it. There was concealed damage and I immediatly called Backstreet to report this. I Fax'ed them all the necessary paperwork and they promised to send me replacement parts. It also took over 2 weeks to get the title so we could register the scooter.

Then after less than 20 miles of operation, my carb konked out and I had to pay to get it repaired. Bob said he would reimburse me for the repair. At about the same time, my starter solenoid quit and once again Bob said he would send me another one under warranty.

I called them repeatedly and the excuse they kept using was things were delayed because of their move from Cape Coral to Dunnellen.

Now, two of their three phones are out of service! I called the scooter manufacturer's distribution center in Miame and they said they are no longer doing business with Backstreet Scooters because they offer no customer service or support.
