backuptapesonline.com No product, no resolution Internet Florida
Paid $98.49 through PayPal for XP Pro SP2 on 7/26/09. Product never arrived, e-mail is unanswered. Filed complaint with PayPal. Today, 9/1/09, PayPal agrees with my complaint but is unable to reimburse me because backuptapesonline.com has nothing in their PayPal account. Now what???
