Made online purchase of Windows XP Service Pack 2, Full Version.Received email confirmation of order with no shipping info.Money was transfreed out of my account on the next business day.

10 days later, I attempt to call business and get "not available" voicemail.Emailed business for rwsponse. None.
Called several times during business hours. No response.
Wonderful.
