Complaint Review: Bad Boy Furniture

The short story we bought a sectional couch from Bad Boy on Victoria St in Kitchener 4 weeks ago and paid in full. (dumb move but we werent given another option) It was supposed to be ready or pick up this week.
 
I called to check on the status and I was told it was out of stock and discontinued. I went to get my cash back and they refused to give us our money back. The guy in charge said we bought a discontinued product so it is up to the manger to make the decision regarding us getting our money back or NOT. He said I had to leave and come back another day as
the manager was not in.

We stood our ground & refused to leave and they called the manager at home and we got our refund FINALLY after arguing for quite a while.

I would advise that no one buys anything from them.

There are lots of nightmares stories just like ours all over the internet about this Kitchener Bad Boy store.

They really are slimy, lying crooks.
