I made two orders from bad monkey botanicals(www.badmonkeybotanicals.com) - 22/06/2014 and 25/06/2014. I never received an order confirmation so I contacted the company at badmonkeybotanicals@yahoo.com  and badmonkeybotanicals@gmail.com on 02/07/2014. 

I was told that the order was to be sent the same day. Nothing was sent and I contated bad monkey botanicals again, 06/07/2014 I bad monkey botanicals have not answered. The order sum was $436,20 USD and $428,08 USD

I find it hard to believe that this report is real.  I've had so many good experiences with these guys!  Customer support is always in contact when I need them, and if you need help figuring out which ones to use together they are so super helpful and knowledgable.  Seeing these type of reports for this awesome business makes me both sad and angry enough to post a comment!  I hope anyone who reads the OP comment does not take this as an indication of any future contact with Badmonkey Botanicals!

Badmonkey Botanicals, keep up the good work and I hope you guys are around forever!  I never want to leave!

New information regarding the case, I have received my first order and the second is on it´s way. The company and I have had good dialog and the reason of the delay was due to a missing product. Perhaps I was i bit too fast in my judgement of the company but I got worried because this was the first time I made business with Bad Monkey Botanicals. As it seems things have been working out fine and the second order has been sent to me

I know we talked right after you filed this report(must have been the very same minute), but because of the nature of this website no matter how happy you end up to be with our product or services the reports cannot be changed - EVER!

At the moment you have received 90% of your order and on Mondey the replacement to one out of stock product will be sent.  It would be wonderful, Ms. G, if we could use this medium to put out some positive report about Badmonkey.

The nature of this internet herbal extracts business is one of a constant fight.  Each day we fight one regulatory agency or another to be able to send out products safely to the customers.

We have grown to support over 300 new customers per month, and each month we continue to grow steadily.  Sometimes we have not been able to get back to each and every e-mail but in the end we strive for a 100% customer satisfaction rate.

I want to make an update of the situation and my order. Since I made the complain about badmonkey botanicals things have been working out fine, the company have sent me my first order. The company is about to send me my second order  and I will update the situation as soon as I have received my order.
