I have bought over 22 autos from them in the last 3 years. I always paid via paypal. The first part of June my hard drive died on my computer. The only things I did NOT have backed up was my autos and my emails. So I lost it all. I have been trying to get the codes for the autos that I know I paid for and have proof via paypals website. They are REFUSING to give them to me. So I'm out now $220 dollars!

Well if you send them to the other email address they are just going to bounce. We switched from dial up to DSL when they finally got it out here in December.

Oh and that's another thing. How can I be anyone else but the one that bought it? I have to log into the paypal account to get the info!

you are not understanding me....I can not send them to a different email address then the one that was used to make the purchase unless you send me the receipt. When I say receipt I am meaning the complete receipt. If I do not have the transaction number it does not do me any good because I can not look them up to verify them. I am sorry but this is becoming a lot more time consuming then I can do and a lot more frustrating for both you and I. So again our policy....2 a day.....run them and send the new reg codes with the receipts ( with all the receipt info ) and I can replace them for you. I am not trying to get one over on you and it is a tad insulting at this point to tell you the truth. I am sure you are a very honest and nice person but you are assuming that I would have a way to verify the purchases even when you remove all the information on them. I can not continue the back and forth and as I have said a few times I am happy to replace them but you will need to please provide me with the information. Thanks

After I sent them an email telling them that I wanted no further contact with them unless it was to provide the password I had purchased, I have received three more emails harassing me. I have kept these as well and now this whole matter is being turned over to a third party.
