BadgeHelp.com Sold non-working software; no response to numerous e-mails, Internet
Tried out software for a Pogo game I was having problems with. The freeware worked perfectly, so I purchased it. After that, the application did not work at all. The ONLY response from BadgeHelp was an advisory to delete the program from my PC and reload (which I did several times).
BadgeHelp is unreachable (no phone numbers listed) and are non-responsive to requests for help or refund.
