I made an online Purchase weeks ago. I called there phone number I had a question and was treated over rudly by there customer service is below par.
I then called and spoke to the owner and I decided I was going to return the item. It took a full week to get the second half of my order. I then out the item in the shoe box they shipped to me. I left by my door and ups picked up.
I called them today after not recieving a refund after several days and they only refunded me for one of the items and not both.
I emailed and asked for the owner to call me. He called me and basically called me a liar and said I didnt return the shoes. He was rude and should not be in business. I think he needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I was sure that the shoes and the scarf were both placed in the box. He lied and said I didnt send the shoe box. I then looked up the tracking label and it shoes 3 pounds were delivevered back to to the compant in weight.
Dont be SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE !!!
