This person begged my wife the current leasing agent to please have me use my license as a handyman and get tiling done on 2 bedrooms so he could rent the property. This person had asked 7 people and all 7 had burned him. 1 was a drug person he had to kick out, another never showed up at the time he said and had the leasing agent waiting, another again did not show up.
The leasing agent could not rent property as he had the floors pulled up already and it was bare concrete. I finally relented but the condition was the owner only pays after the job is done. My wife who is also the leasing agent begged me to please assist. I did the job and suddenly he does not like it. He has not paid for the power washing I did, he did not pay for the lock changes I did, he did not pay for ANYTHING that was done at the cost of $1,216.76.
I told him if he did not pay I was going to take him to small claims court. He still refuses to pay. The leasing agent had found a couple to rent property but this owner refused to pay and has violated the fair housing act by asking for pictures of the people first.
Leasing agent had to fire the owner and is now out of her funds as well as he refuses to pay the finder fee. This person lives in Canada and Titusville and gets away with this. Do not ever agree to work for this person. This person is now trying to rent property himself with his new tile floors.
