Complaint Review: Badland Rodeo Company

Having dealt with this company in 2004 and liking their merchandise, I placed another order with them on 10/13/2005 for a set of miniature horse harness. They offer free shipping and the cost of $97 was very reasonable and the product is excellent.

Tawny Secula informed me they no longer accepted Paypal(I used that on the Order in 2004) per Tawnys email I wrote a check to Traces of the West,check #5028, cleared the bank on 10/28/2005.

When I inquired about the status of the order, Inv #637, I was informed that it had been returned to them and Tawny said she would reship it. All of my e mails to their various addresses have been returned.

The telephone is also disconnected.

On checking your site I see this is not the first time they have done this. I guess I was very fortunate the first time to receive the merchandise and in a timely fashion.

I do intend to contact the Cumberland, KY sheriff also.
