Complaint Review: Badoo

I upgraded for a 3 month subscription on 7-12-15 for $24.99 to activate my superpowers. For those of you that don't know what superpowers are, its what you can upgrade to so can message other people on the site.

Well I discovered I can only email 4 women who are on my favorites list every 24 hours. I was under the impression that as a paid subscriber I would have unlimited access to whoever I wanted to send my emails to as long as I was a paid subscriber.

As it turns out there is nothing that says in their terms of conditions that a subscriber who has superpowers can only email 4 women a day. I read through your policy before I signed up and I didn't see about this hidden rule.

Plus on top of that they wanted me to pay them more money to increase my limit to emailing 20 women a day, but I'm wasn't interested in doing that because I thought the deal I made with them was for unlimited email access.

I feel like they deceived me and I wrote them about my sitation and ask them "What are you going to do to make this right before I send out my complaint about you?"

But they told me they didn't like spam, and didnt do anything to protect their reputation. Plus most of their female profile pictures are FAKE and are not what they seem.

If I was you I would recommend everybody to stay away from these CHARLATANS. They don't want to HONOR their word and from my opinion they weren't worth the investment.
