Wow, steer clear of this company.  Thinking they had a good reputation (the were mentioned in "Sex & The City:  The Movie") and have been around for a few years, I sent a $1,000 LV purse to them to be refinished.  For $250, they painted the handles of my bag with a weird yellow paint, virtually destroying it.

I had the bag for less than 24 hours when their cheap yellow paint began peeling off, making it look worse than before.  They said they would "fix" the bag. . . they scraped the paint off the handles and sent it back.  It is going to have to be sent to Louis Vuitton (which is what I should have done originally) to see if it even can be repaired.  I'm talking to Bank of America right now in an attempt to get the charge reversed, as not only did they not improve my bag, they virtually destroyed it.

After doing some research, I have found my story is not unique, unfortunately.  Avoid this company at all costs.

I got an email back this morning telling me that they removed the paint "per my request."  I never requested that they paint the handles to begin with. . . so ghetto.

I asked them refund my money, as the handles now need to be completely replaced -- they look worse than when I sent it to them.  They refused, so I've opened a case with my bank and reported them to the Consumer Fraud Division of the Wisconsin Attorney General.  It's too bad they didn't want to try to resolve this amicably.

IF LV cannot help seek out a reputable shoe repair store in your area.  I have taken my LV to mine and they did a fantastic job.
