Complaint Review: Bagger Bags

I purchased a mount kit for a stretched bag kit a customer purchased through them.  They never sent the item.  I have made numerous phone calls to them as emails including the invoice and screenshot of bank statement showing that they received the funds.  

For 2 weeks I got the run around about the bracket.  I was first told it would ship the next day, to there was a mix up with my invoice (said that my invoice number came up as someone else with a differnet part) to it's shipping right now, to the part is not in stock.  

Over the course of two weeks, I have had to spend more time trying to contact them.  It got to the point that they stopped answering my calls from my phone, but when I call for a different phone they pick up.  Not kidding, I called from mine and it went to voicemail.  I instantly called from another number and they picked up.  Happened on 3 different occassions.  

Finally I requested a refund, as I am trying to finish this project for a customer.  I have yet to get a resonse.  

I stopped dealing with them directly and contacted my bank and filed a claim through them.  I got my funds back within 12 hours by the bank.  The bank will now get it back from them.

Don't be fooled by these guys.  Read the reviews here and on BBB.  Customer service is crap and the product isn't much better either.
