I as well have been robbed blind from Bagger Bags Derek Zeledon. I purchased a set of bags and fender. After dis-assmbling my entire motor cycle for "minor Mauch up" I have complete cut and ground away any electra glide classic bell and whistle that will no longer go back on my bike and I find the kit that Bagger Bags has sent me is total garbage. There isnt a shot in hell anyone would ever make these bags seal and fit to factory OEM Lids. Derek tells me to send the kit back and he will send me a new kit! GREAT!  Derek communicated he personally had worked on the new set and fit new lids to the bags to ensure fitment and for free would send me the pre fit lids as well! Except the new kit took 4 weeks to arrive and it didnt come with a rear fender! or the lids that he promised! I  was furious I sent the kit back to Derek that cost me $75 to ship back to him!

 Since then I demanded my money back in which he agreed to.. around and around for months and months weekly contact via email and telephone it was always yea I will take care of that tomorrow what is your paypal adress and I never seen a dime. So at this point I have basically dontated $500.00 to Bagger Bags just out of the kindness of my heart. Since this time I finally gave up I wrote one last reply to Derek. "Derek if coming up with the money to refund me is the issue how about send me a set of the driving lamps and main hedlight set you advertise on your website!" $425 value! anything is better than nothing at this point. I asked for bright white halo rings and a white head light.. I got a Demo or Used Returned set that was in a box labeled Red headlight.. the 2 driving lamps were awesome! bright white halo and a bright white bulb.. the 7" head light ... Blue.... Blue!... on my Red motorycle.. are you shitting me.. I immediately contact derek.. 3 days of no reply im back to threats.. finally he replys back "Im in Daytona I will send a new one tomorrow" that was 12 days ago.. 3 days ago I asked for a tracking # and he replied willsend it now... that was 3 days ago.. I dont have anything..

This guy is a liar, and a cheater, I ended up purchasing everything through B****** Motorcycle parts and couldnt be happier.. its a ton of money but wow what a product! I sometimes take vacations to Florida if im ever in the state this poor customer service will always been in the back of my mind.. I may pay him a visit.. afterall he still owes me $400

We had the same experience with this company. We purchased bags and a fender for our 2015 Street Glide. We loved the look of the bags that we saw online and couldn't wait to get them here to try them. According to the description of the bags simple mach up and bolt on assembly. Well heck yes!! We got the fender and bags delivered. Like kids at christmas we tore into the box to check it out. Started to tear apart out 2015 Street Glide which was literally less than 6 months old. Started to figure out how to put these bags on. Well non of the body lines lined up. None of the areas where the bolt holes were supposed to go were even close. And there were massive gaps between the fender and bags. We realized this wasn't going to be a project we could do ourselves. We contacted our local body guy to see what they can do about these bags. Well he informed us it was going to take AT LEAST $2500-3000 just to get the fiber glass right to make them fit. That didn't even include paint!! Well after doing more research we realized we screwed up by ordering bags from here. We contacted the company and told them we want to return them due to the amount of money we would have to stick in. And we were told they would send us another set of bags that were going to be correct. I said no I will pass I will just return them for my money back. After saying this they stopped responding to my emails and facebook messages. And over a month had passed and still no word.

 

So we contacted the credit card company to solve this issue. Thanks god we put it on our Harley Davidson creidt card. Because they told us this was not the first time they have had to deal with these guys on issues like this. We filed the dispute and won! SO we did receive our money back. But now I am fighting with them about the daymaker light I purchased from them. I ordered one and after having it installed moisture began to accumilate under the lens........hummm how the heck does this happen. I messaged them yet again. And they said they have never seen this issue before and would send a replacement. But I would have to send mine back fisrt. I told them there is no way my bike is going without a headlight. Send me a new one with a return label and I'll return it. Suprisingly they did! But now the second light I received has done the same thing....Seems to be a never ending battle with them.. I guess we live and we learn. Never buy from them again.
