Bailey Holt and Branisha Wilson Internet Card Scam Internet
Bailey Holt (if that's his actual name) is running a scam regarding credit cards. Offering cards for an upfront consulting/service fee. You'll never receive any card or your money back. He was previously promoting his services using a Craigslist advertisement. Branisha Wilson is the person he has the fee sent to and she actually accepted funds. Don't know to what extent she's involved but she actually accepted money.

Never, never send money they got me also in Nov 2016. Her boyfriend then was Cortez Moore I see he’s using another name now so be careful. I sent money Ria by Walmart. Cortez ran a Craiglist as & Branisha supposedly work for Amex & she would approve your application & send you the Amex card! Yes, I know it was wrong however I was trying to save my business. Lesson completely learned. I even done my own ripoff report on them to save others. I pray even now that they get caught & go to jail!!! Rotten to the core

There is no legitimate credit card company that is going to issue you a credit card without you making an application for it directly with them - on their website or in store.
Why would you even think that you would have to send money to a third party to make an application?
