Baird and warner Patricia McGowan Was a lier! Oak park, il Illinois
I hired Baird and warner to find me a new house, I was then given a call by a Patricia mcgown. I finally found then house i feel in love with was right around my price budget. But the day of closing the commission priced changed! It went up 15% from the original price! I ended up having to walk away from this deal as it was now out of my price range. I don't understand why she lied but it was probably just to make a fast buck. Stay away from this location, and Patricia mcgown!

As you can see by the rebuttal from the "new" owner for Waterworks, which is the individual who wrote ths bogus review, I have never met nor had a real estate realationship with this person. This is a retaliation to a law suit I filed against Waterworks, who then "created" Angela, a fake buyer. It is most unfortuate that Ripoff.com does not bother to validate or invalidate any of the claims on their site giving anyone the opportunity to write anything they wish about a person, even if it is laced with lies.

This is the owner of Water Works inc. we NEVER did any kind of business with Patricia Mc Gowan or the real estate compnay she works for. The posting where done by an employee who got fired last week for posting lies about Patricia and the company she works for. Every time I had dealings with Patricia she was very professional.

My business practice is very much intact in that I work within my sphere of influence. Unlike you, I don't have to prey on stangers or the general public to work with me. Also unlike you, 90% of my clients are repeat clients or personal referrals because also unlike you, I'm not out to steal or cheat. The proof is in my success record. What's your success Waterworks of McHenry County? This is your retaliation for the very accurate report I placed against your company, however you choose to use an iliterate like your self to write it. Not only was it easy to see it was you "Angela", it's exaclty what I would expect from soneone iike your self. Once again, let the public beware do not use Water Works for sprinkler installation or Service. You can check the public records of Dupage county to read the complete complaint and the refund he was forced to give back.

Patricia McGowan is a highly respected agent in the Oak Park River Forest real estate market. She does not represent any client named Angela in Naperville. Naperville is not a market she normally practices in as it is in a different county and Realtor Board.
In almost all transactions commissions are paid by the seller who has their home for sale not by the buyer. The commission amount stated is signifcantly higher than the market norm, which most real estate consumers would know..
This claim is a libelous misspelled fabrication by an anonymous person and bears no merit.
