Complaint Review: Baker Careers and Partners

This morning I found a job on Craig's List Fort Collins, CO for a Front Office Coordinator that I found to be rather vague. Here is the ad:

"The right person for us would be team oriented, open-minded about new techniques and ideas, committed to continued education, efficient, well organized and comfortable with change. We believe in giving our guests the best possible care and need someone who shares that philosophy." I emailed them for more information. Here is the response I got:
"Hello Catherine, We would like to thank you for sending your resume to Baker Careers & Partners.  After reviewing your initial credentials, I think you could possibly be a great fit for our company. Our Human Resource manager would like to schedule an interview with you before she leaves for vacation early next week. You need to complete the pre-interview screening before we can schedule an interview, which can be found at http://workforbaker.info  or the career link on our homepage. Your applicant code is 031085. Please write down your code, as that is the only way you can gain access
to your application and employee profile. Once you complete your screening someone from HR will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an interview.

This is the exact response I got for another job that I was interested in back in Oct that turned out to be a fraud as well. I immediately went to Baker Careers & Partners and their web site was the same as the one for the other company as well.

Be aware of these scams. If you apply for a job and this is the response you get, do NOT fill out the application or the credit report they request at the end as their "background check"!
