Takes last pay check of employees leaving and never pays.
They say they are owed the money. Maryland state law says they have to pay. I was terminated by Jim Kerr and then was told I terminated employment by calling in sick.
They also monitor employees not only at work but at their homes and apartments.

They finally paid through the state.
All the monies I was owed.
They still do this to everybody that leaves.
The state of Maryland made them pay the last check that they owed. They never pay the last check to employee's going out the door. If they were to be investigatived they {State of Maryland} would find that they {Baker & Kerr} haven't paid a last check to {a pretty large amount of} people.
Maybe the state should investigate and make them pay everybody back!
