On September 1, 2012, I purchased tickets for the first annual Balboa Music Festival that was to take place on September 15, 2012, which was my birthday. The ticket price was 55 dollars, and an additional 15 dollars for a parking past.  We were promised designated parking and shuttle service, which we did not get.  Additionally, we were forced to stand in line for 2 1/2 hours in 101 degree heat to get in the venue without any water.  There was only one line with two security guards checking bags and other items.  Although I arrived at 10:19 am, I did not get into the venue until 1:30 pm, but the concert did not start until 2pm, which means the concert did not start on time. The concert was to begin at 11am til 7pm.  We could not see the concert while sitting in the back, nor could we hear anything with the HORRIBLE sound system.  The performances were cut short, because they were late and we also did not see Gladys Knight because of the 7pm cut off period. I demand a refund for false advertising and overall bad service.
