Terrible customer relations. They made us feel like leftover nuisances not worthy of their time. We paid for our lessons 2 years ago and because of covid we're just now finishing them up to use before our wedding. The instructor didn't seem to care and was not friendly at all when we finally made it in for our lesson. I've been waiting so long to finish this up and it hurt the way he treated us. I respect that a business has to crack down on difficult customers but not us - not after everything we've been through.
We had to cancel a lesson to help out an elderly parent. When we made it to our lesson the instructor was very cold and told us he was going to dock a lesson. Mind you I warned him weeks in advance that we might need to change the day. Just cruel and heartless and I want as many people as possible to avoid this fake dance studio. They aren't accommodating to their customers' needs. Their hours are very limited and they will dock your lessons if you don't bend to their will.
They have an awkward studio in their house that they teach lessons at. Don't bother with them, just go to a nicer studio with more hours. They aren't that great that's probably why they haven't opened a real studio. They have to work full time jobs and do this on the side which says a lot about them. They are insensitive and blew us off even though we've been waiting 2 years for our wedding because it was cancelled by covid and they refuse to give us a refund. Needless to say they were a big mistake!
