With summer around the corner, getting fit was the best things I thought. I had been doing lot of research on which fitness center to go. I really wanted one home away from home. I wanted a fitness center I could give tombs up to at all time. The one I find myself is nothing to write home about.

A friend told me to try bally since his house is close to them and heard they had a month trial. I was very glad to hear that and want to give it a try. I was shopping through a mall when I saw bally representatives signing people up for the thirty day trial my friend had told me.

The representative told me all I need was to make a $5.00 payment and try it for a month and if I am not satisfied I could cancel after the month as long as I used there service at least 12times in a month. Under minutes he was done with the paper work and told me I could start using the gym right away. He told me to sign the papers which I did without reading through since the information where too much to understand under a short time.

Believing he had signed me up for a month trial I left for my home. I tried to read the information on the paper given to me but could not because I had lot of assignment and exams in schools. Two weeks after I had signed up for bally'S one month trial I took the paper work and read it.

In the paper work I was signed for three year contract. I was nervous, immediately I called bally to explain that the contract was not to my understanding though I had signed it. The representative told me I can cancel it only if I complete the thirty day trial. I was shocked and wondered how I will be able to deal with the situation as a college student. She then told me the only way I could cancel is if I go to the gym at least 12 times. I immediately told her I am no more interested since what I request for was not what I was signed up for. Frustrated about the whole situation I said I will call back and probably speak with someone that will understand me.

While I was thinking on the next line of action bally total fitness had remove money from my bank account. I believe since I brought it to there notice I what to quit they had to put all transaction on hold.

Well, I don't know where to turn to for help. I am really fed up of been held in a financial crises.I need help. For more information contact http://www.ballysucks.net/.
