Ballys member for several years starting in 2002 in National City, CA. I prepaid Bally's corporate with my credit card a year in advance, August, 2014.
Mar 2015, Ballys closed their doors without notice. 2 months later the tel # said they were now VORTEX. I went there twice & one day showed up to find "CLOSED" at Vortex and no one answers telephone or a message has been ignored. Bally's owes e 6 months dues.
