The website Balmer and Kalt uses a well known Swiss brand name "Balmer" in its title. While the watches are not claimed to be Swiss, the website deceptively leads the reader into the conclusion. Watches are marketed as marked down. But, upon further investigation exact same watches are available from other web sites for 1/4 the price. The website does not outwardly tell the buyer that the watches are sourced and shipped from China. Only after ordering and waiting a week, then checking the tracking information did I find out that the item was Chinese. I searched the Internet for the same Chinese brand and found the exact same watch for a small fraction of the price. The Balmerkalt website is selling the watch for $99 and it it available elsewhere for $25-$28.00. Once contacting them, they reluctantly agreed to a refund but I have not yet seen the money. I will update this once I hear from them. Also, their website claims that the deal is about to expire in a few minutes with only a few of the specially discounted items left. The item has been received and it is a cheap Chinese quality item which does't keep time accurately. I have requested multiple times to return it and they are not providing me with instructions or an RMA. If you read the fine print on their website, it precludes the return of any "sale items" which is basically everything on their website. The irony here is that a sale item is 200pecent higher priced than the exact same item on Amazon.
