Complaint Review: Baltimore City Police NE District

I just read a report on here written by an African American female describing how Baltimore City officers target black "females with nice cars."

I am white and know many whites that have also been "targetted" and harrassed by Baltimore City police. IT IS NOT LIMITED to skin color! The entire Baltimore City Police Department, Northeast District, is corrupt!! Please don't make this a race issue. Many residents of Baltimore City, whther black, white, Asian, or whatever are not the richest people and cannot afford certain clothes or hair styles, as the writer mentioned, and I agree and sympathize, but I disagree that it has anything to do with color. I feel the entire NE District of BCPD is inappropriate, power-hungry people who like taking advantage of the citizens.

Good luck with everything. I have tried filing complaints against them to no avail.
