BAM Construction Group BAM Energy Group DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!! North Haledon, New Jersey
This company is the most unprofessional and un organized company I have ever dealt with. They do not finish jobs they start, pay their bills and leave their Sub Contractors high and dry. It was the most awful experience dealing with them. From their abusive behavior when they are confronted with their own wrongdoings to not paying their subs for completed work. They will take your money and run. Anyone who is thinking of contracting with this company should seriously consider what they are about to do. I was lied to on a consistent basis from office personnel right to the owners. I can not emphasize enough what a terrible and dysfunctional company this is and what a HUGE mistake it will be if you decide to work with them.

No, we don't always get paid and we didn't get paid!!! Only after Bam's contract was terminated by the Owner's of a project they were in charge of and after we were forced to file a lien on the project did the Owner pay us out on a percentage of our contract. Bam was funded for the work it's sub contractors did and never paid out. Had we or any of the other sub contractors been negligent in our performance then the Owner of the project would have never offered to settle with any of us. It was Bam who's contract was terminated because of their own performance or "lack of" .

Bam Construction does pay their contractors who complete the work per their scope and they get paid per their contract terms. Those contractors that do not perform their work per the scope of work they were provided and who cause delays to the project are provided with documented back charges and are then paid accordingly. Our contractors who complete quality work within their contractual obligations ALWAYS get paid.
