Complaint Review: BANANAHOBBY.COM

Received an remote cotrolled helicopter for christmas.  Charged as per instructions on box and the battery pack or charger did not work.  Got hold of banana hobby after numerous trys and i was told to send back battery pack and charger so the service department could see which item was defective and i have still not received any new battery pack or charger yet.  Banana hobby received my defective merchandise on jan.7, 2010 and i have still not received any new or fixed items back.  i can not use this remote helicopter without the battery pack and charger.  The credit card company says it has been 60 days and will not help me.  it has taken this long because banana hobby will not answer my calls or e-mails or live chats.  i have exhausted all my options and i have all my paperwork backup from the live chats and e-mails to prove my case but no one cares.  This is wrong because i started in plenty of time trying to get something done but no one at banana hobby seems to care about anything but taking your money.  I stated contacting banana hobby on Dec.3-0, 2009 and still continue today april 17,2010.  I still have no replacement material.
