I happenen to be checking my on line debit/accountnow  and noticed transactions & holds on my account that I had never authorized to begin with. In fact the name of the certain vendor / AARP I have the renewal sitting here at my desk to renew in September at it's renewal date. So I was quite shocked when I saw they were into ny debit account at this time. I was going tpo send them a bank money order!!. Now I do not know what I am going to do about that come september? I tried calling the phone # aand the people that I got gave me zero for an explanation. they said I had to file a written report & send it to them. So I did do that. righg the next day, that was on the 23rd of july. i am on a fixed income as a vet/gardener aand very ill with MS &  serious fungal infection in my leg at the moment. This action has threatened my payment of my currentn bills & rent, which is all due coming up the 1st of August. I would appreciate any help that you could suggest to me. I own my new Honda cr-V outright thank GOD, so their isn't an issue there, but this action could get me evicted with more fees to pay because of their actions. I really had no trouble with them until recently. So, I have no idea what is goping on!!!!!!! sincerely, roger j. krekorian
