Complaint Review: Bane Properties LLC

Marsha and Butch are liars. We had no problems with them until we gave our 30-day move out notice. Then they sent us text saying they stopped by and the yard was awful, that it hadn't been mowed. It was mowed and edged the day before. After we moved out the sent my husband a text saying the house was left a mess and nothing was cleaned. We took an entire day and cleaned that entire house from top too bottom. Cleaned baseboard, dusted ceiling fans, and bathrooms deepcleaned. Now they are sending us threatening text messages about how they are reporting us for leaving a dirty house. We have 50 + time stamped pictures of the house showing we cleaned every single room.
