Complaint Review: Banfield Pet Hospital

Banfield Pet Hospital will not stop billing for the wellness prgram which was cancelled before the renewal date. Not only did they increase their rate, but they continue to bill after the the contract was cancelled.

My daughter who signed the contract on my behalf for my pet, is having her credit affected. I called to cancel and they won't cancel until she calls in. Their monthly fee was coming out of my account not hers and she is a student with no account linked to Banfield, however they continue to bill her and affect her credit.

I called again and they will not cancel until they hear from her.
