Complaint Review: Banfield Pet Hospital

I was also scammed by this company.  They offered a Wellness plan when I got my puppy and I got on the plan.  When we moved, I called them and cancelled the plan as there was not Banfield near me.  9 months later, today, I find that they sent the account to a collection agency and said I owe the balance even though they never provided any of the services in the plan that we had agreed to.  They offered to settle for $100 less than what the total bill is and now its on my credit bureau. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
