Banggood.com is a website that sells popular electronic devices. At the time of the order, they were the only company with my item in stock. Shipping was very fast for something coming from china. When I received my item, it was rattling. I plugged it in and it wouldn't turn on. It was straight up broken with a crack on the bottom. I know this didn't happen in the shipping process, because it was packages better than glassware. I attempted to contact the company with the information on their site, only to find that any and ALL contact resources on the website were in non-working order. After hours of research, I found a working email. The first email asked me to find another outlet. I responded with pictures of the crack and a video of the rattling.

I quoted their very own policy stating that all returns for broken items have to be filled within a 3 day period of receiving it, or 30 days after the order, which ever happens first. After 3 emails back and forth, I was told to take it to a repair shop and they are not in the business of re-reimbursement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. After I realized that I was not going to get anywhere with this company, I decided to take the android tv box apart and see if i could fix it. Lo and behold, the electronic device inside was so old, it had dust and hair on it. It was not tethered down with anything and connector to the power was only for aesthetics, it had no connection to anything.
