Banggood Don`t expect Amazon Standard!!
Not up to the Amazon standard we are used to
Understandable: very slow delivery (because from China)
Not understandable: extremely poor customer service. Item arrived broken. I emailed description and a photo of the problem, asked for replacement and then the nightmare started... they required a video: I sent a video. Then they wanted me to upload the video to Youtube!? Then they told me that the supplier in on holiday. Then they wanted me to hunt for the cheapest shipper to ship the item back to China. Now they want me to install a software on my PC (in order to upload another picture). This is when I pulled the plug!
