Bangood I tried to get a refund. And sent so many emails to them and thay would not reply so gave up on £340.00 and have ended up with a product that doesn't work China Internet
I order a drone from them and it didn't work so i emailed them i had one reply to say it wasn't covered by guarantee so I replied and kept replying but they would not email me back I managed to speak to someone on live chat and they kept promising to email me this item cost me a lot of money but I have given up now I think once banggood have your money and sent the parcel they do not care anymore so never buy from banggood
