Glenn Miller and The Banjo Academy are nothing more that an internet fraud based company designed to steal money and lie about it's services.

I paid $59.95, On August 07, 2009,  for a one year account with this shyster, and when I went to the site, a lot of the things promised had broken links and would not work. I requested my money back, and I was told through an email, that Mr. Glenn  Miller would have to check to make sure that I had not down-loaded anything from his web page. If I had downloaded anything, I would not be getting a refund. This was on August 10, 2009. Here is a copy of that email:

On Friday, August 14, 2009, I sent Mr. Glenn Miller another email, asking when I could expect my refund. Mr. Glenn Miller resonded to me that "Our records show that youhave download severial things. NO REFUND and the endings lessons are finished. NO REFUND"

On August 14, 2009, Mr. Glenn Miller put up a notice on his web page that he had just became aware of the broken links and that he would have it repaired in a few days.

I have not down-loaded ANYTHING from from this site, and Mr. Glenn Miller is a liar and a thief. He stole my money, and refuses to send proof that I have down-loaded anything.

It is my understanding that he "teaches" banjo at Willis Music, in Kentucky. Are they part of this also? If they are not, why do they have a person of such low character teaching in one of their locations? Why are they even associated with someone like this?

Stealing money from people is one thing, and lying about it in order to keep it is something else. If Mr. Glenn Miller is stealing and lying about this, what else is he doing? Is this how Bernie Madoff started out? Maybe this is just the tip of the iceberg, but the public needs to be aware of this man and his rip-off web site.
