Complaint Review: Bank Card Usa Aka Lease Finance Group Llc

on june of 2007 bank card usa told my son and myself that they could write a program to accept his company payroll card. we explained to jennifer post of bank card usa that that was the only thing the we needed the machine for. jennifer assured us that they could write the program.my son made three payment for the machine while waiting on them to write this program. all along he was calling ms.post and not getting answer from them. then i spoke with ms.post on 8/23/2007 and she said that they couldn't write the program now. and that we would have to take the machine to someone else for them to program it. she admitted that my son said that he didn't want to accept and cards but the one for his company. we have pay $111.98 for 2 months that we couldn't use the machine and now they have tried to get $55.99 out of his checking account.we have tried to get the company to stop taking money out of the account but we are told that the can't. we have fee from the bank in the amount of over $200.00 because they are running the check more that once or twice a day. the says that they can't close the account until the fee are paid to them. what are paying for no service? if someone can help please let me know. i am willing to do a class action lawsuit. and write who ever to file a complaint against these people because they knew that they couldn't do from the beginning.
