My account with them is in really bad shape. I tried to make a deposit and BOK said I could not because child support had a hold on my account. At home, there was a letter notifying me of the same. No warning? Oh, well. My account had $600 in it, and then for 3 months BOK showed a negative balance of over $2000. I thought BOK was going to pay off my child support. No such luck! The negative balance eventually turned into a "hold for funds." But not before a lot of damage was done. I was not allowed to close my account. BOK "fined" me $199 for "have legal action taken against my account." Child support had taken the $600, so my account balance was zero. So, sitting on a negative balance of $199, was bad enough, but every month they charged me $39 for it being in the negative. Now? I owe BOK almost $1000, cannot close the account, cannot bring balance to zero. They told me to my face, "you cannot make a deposit for any reason." Well, ok, I guess in 7 years I'll clear it off my record...but my oh my what a long 7 years. Thank you BOK for being so helpful.

In contrast, I have an account with Arvest Bank in Oklahoma.  Child support has a hold on the account.  I cannot deposit, and I cannot withdraw.  My balance has been at zero for severl months.
