$96,000.oo Is a Whole Lot of Money taken out Illegally using My name And Social Security Number, So is the Fact that Someone Filed Bankruptcy in California Illegally using My name and Social on a 21/2 Million Dollar home and Then Expect the Victim (Me) to Pay it under Threat of Ruining My Credit... I have Never Taken out a Student Loan with Bank of America Or Filed Bankruptcy on a 2 1/2 Million Dollar Home anywhere BUT They Did Nothing When Both My Checking And Savings Accounts were Stolen and Compromised! Thanks Mrs Swan!

The U.S Department of Education Does Nothing When Identity Theft Is Reported and Federal Trade Commission just let's it Sit and the Crooks the Get away! If they are Waiting For me to pay any Parts of It then I guess like Thousands of Other Identity Theft Vicitms, My Credit Despite Credit Freezes will just Be ruined!

The Student Loan and the Home are Two Different Instance. I Made Reports to the U.S Department of Education about Identity Theft. If You have Never BEEN a Victim Or Are an Identity Theif Yourself, It is understandable that You Counld Care Less about the Victim!

Once Police, Federal Trade Commission, FBI and the Attorney General's Office Has Been contacted alopng with the Concerned Credit Bureaus there is Nothing Else That Can Be Done.
