I should not be responsible for Bank of America mistake. Bank of America is fortune 500 company and has resource to enable accurate information about the clients inquiring new services. Bank of America allows an account to be placed under my name erroneously. Bank of America should verify all information prior to approving any application's for services. So far Bank of America has not provided to me any documentation for the alleged account. The account has been in dispute over 30 days. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Bank of America was required to respond within a reasonable time, which was 30 days from the initial letter. Neither, Bank of America/ Fleet Bank or Arrow Financial Services Company able to locate any information on the account.
