Do any of the readers of Rip Off Report ever wonder why each and every Bank of America complaint has anonymous replies written supporting the Bank and generally (not specifically) chellenging the person filing the complaint. What I mean is that BAO may pay a full time employee to write positive supportive replies for Rip Off Report (or similar websites) painting the Bank in a positive shade or color and blemishing the compainant by generally (not specifically) attacking portions of the complaint or misrepresenting the real substance of the complaint against BAO.

Wouldn't it be a better use of BAO profits to pay a full time employee to investigate these complaints or, at the very least, to write letters of appology ?

Much of our economy in the USA is dependent on the banking industry. The bankers thrive on putting people into debt. We are a country whose economy is based on debt. The bankers allowed the majority of Americans to go so far into debt that they were not able to pay it back. That's why there are so many foreclosures. It's why so many people have stopped paying for college loans, credit card payments, etc. It is also why there are so many jobs that won't ever come back.

The bankers, in my opinion, are doing all they can to recover some of the money that they lost from the stock market, where millions of Americans have money invested in 401K's, IRA's, and stocks. Ninety percent of all Retirement accounts are invested in the stock market. Watch what happens in the coming months and into 2013.

The bankers were already exposed for 'speculating', or better put; manipulating the price of oil for profit back in 2008 in order to stay afloat. Now that oil prices have fallen, stock prices should continue to fall. The bankers are hoping that the Federal Reserve will continue to inject money into the 'failed' system, which is the banking system of the USA and Europe.

Any 'system' that has its foundation solidly built on lies, deception, fraud, manipulation, greed, trickery, and deep corruption, like much of the banking system in the USA and in Europe, is bound to collapse. It's that simple. Our banking system, Europe's banking system, and Wall Street all have their foundations solidly built on all of those elements listed in the previous sentence, in my opinion.

One more thing; there are millions of people in this country who thrive on seeing others suffer. That's how these 'people' get their 'pleasure'. It's one more reason that our country is collapsing. Our so called 'leaders' are only interested in themselves and the bankers who control the U.S. government and Wall Street.

Feel free to 'Google' the following videos and watch them on the web for PROOF that the bankers control the U.S. government, Wall Street, and even the price of oil-

(That consumer comment was an opinion on August 21, 2007, when it was submitted. Now it is a fact.)

Just kidding.

Mike,  they are American citizens exercising their first amendment rights.

Just as you are free to complain that you think BOA has wronged you and make your comments on ROR. People are free to tell you that your claims may be baseless and in fact no ripoff has occured.

No doubt there are some people somewhere that may be positing information in support of their company from what I have seen they are not commenting on yours.

If you were as smart as you thought you were you would know that a company like BOA frowns upon employees responding to complaints on public boards. That is what lawyers are for.
