I was approved on 3/09. My ex wife had released title back to me and they told me I was denied because she did not sign the docs so I had to  start all over. Then they assigned me to the Bankruptcy department cuz my ex wife filed Bankruptcy. And I told them she was not on my loan. They they tried to tell me in order to remove her name off the loan I have to payoff the entire mortgage balance even after they received my release of title documents. Does anybody there know what the heck is going on? It scares me that an entry level person making $8.00 per hour can be causing me to lose my home, the home that I have built with my own two hands.  Finally after another 2 years of the run around after finally getting the Bankruptcy dept negotator on the phone, Barbara Sanchez, she very rudely tells me and my agent that she cannot nor will not bea able to speak to me for another 6 weeks. Six weeks go by and nothing, after many additional inquiries, nothing! Then she finally sends me a denial letter stating she cannot get ahold of me...WTF??????  It is all bad...they are more crooked than a three dollar bill.  What frightens me the most is that the fate of my home is in their hands!

Heaven help us all and God Please save us from this horrible, horrible lame excuse for a banking institution!!!

BOA Home Loan Modification Fraud ( Class Action )

#8General Comment

Tue, September 20, 2011

I need people in North Carolina and South Carolina to help me take action against BOA.  They said I was approved then oh sorry error on our part after 2 years.  I have a lawyer ready to work on this case.  I'm mentally exhausted from false promises, threats, harassment!

If you need help then send me an e-mail.

Thanks
Ann

GOLDMIN SUX POEM

He's got hemorrhoids
Where's his TUCKS
Something's itchy
GOLDMIN SUX
Drive those cars
Drive those trucks
Something's stinky
GOLDMIN SUX
Defraud investors
Take their bucks
Something's fishy
GOLDMIN SUX
Stock got hammered
Hit by trucks
Relieve that burning
GOLDMIN SUX!

End.

WE'RE EXPOSING ALL THE BANKERS
(Please sing to the tune of- "I've Been Working On The Railroad")

Anyone can 'Google' this- I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE RAILROAD SONG LYRICS MIDI BOY SCOUT, and sing the following lyrics to that tune, correct?

Here we go- 1, 2, 3, 4....

We're exposing all the bankers
 Every single day
We're exposing all the 'big-shots'
Who deceive us for their pay
Bail-out money for the bankers
TARP makes 'em very, very, glad
Screw the people take their houses
Scam mom and kids and dad.

Bankers are so greedy and deceptive
 Bankers are so bloated and they're mean, we say;
Bankers scam the people 'cause they're rotten
Flush 'em down the toilet today
Flush, flush, into a commode
 Flush-flush into a commode, we say;
Flush, flush, into a commode
 Flush 'em very far away!

End.

Anyone can 'Google' this- "I'VE BEEN ATTACKED", CRIED ALLEGED VICTIM OF IMF CHIEF, and read the related articles on the web about the hotel employee in New York who was allegedly sexually assaulted by the IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn, right?

If the loan was written with you and your wife as the borrowers, they can't just drop her name off of the loan.  She can release any interest in the home, but that still does not remove the obligation she had to pay the mortgage.   In short, there needs to be a new mortgage with you listed as the sole borrower.  The only way to do that is to refinance the property, which is essentially what they mean by paying off the entire loan balance (and subsequently getting another loan in your name only).

Make sure to 'Google' this- WALL STREET BANKS FACE NEW YORK MORTGAGE PROBE, and read about the three banks that were named in that article. I believe that Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and Morgan Stanley, were all mentioned in that article that came out on May 17th, 2011.

You can file a report with your Attorney General. Make sure to send it registered mail, and send a copy to the New York Attorney General's office too.

You can also contact ALL of your Local News stations in your city and get in touch with their Investigative Reporters. Maybe someone will help you and do a story on T.V.

Make sure to 'Google' this- 9WANTS TO KNOW STARTS WEEK-LONG PUSH TO HELP HOMEOWNERS, and watch the video and read the article on the web.

Good luck to you!
