Today, I made my decision which would remain good for the rest of my life, I swear to God:
I Go to Bank of America to Close Every Single Account and Forget This Treacherous, Greedy and Tricky Monster for The Rest of My Life!
In April, 2007, David Delphine of Bank of America , Branson Landing Branch, asked me to open an account at his branch in order to receive the referral fees since I had brought quite a few new customers to BOA ( these new customers were my employees in my company. Because my CPA in California was doing the electronic payroll transfer, it was imperative that employees have account at Bank of America as we had our general account at BOA in CA.). The result was David Delphin did not put a penny into my account. Instead, Bank of America put my account into the so-called Customer Privacy Protecion Plan which would automatically charge my account $5 every month without my knowledge! Since David Delphin did not put any referral money into my account, there was no money at all. So, the automatic debitting caused immediately $35 ISF penalty. BOA tried to collect that $5 again next month. Of course, there was another $35 ISF penalty. I went to BOA almost four times a week, David Delphin never mentioned to me anything about this "overdraft" account. Sure enourgh, BOA sent to collection and damaged my credit !
