Bank Of America - BofA Credit Card Abuse Charlotte, North Carolina
After having been a credit card customer/holder since 1985, and holding a $30,000 credit limit for the past 10 years, BOA cut my limit to $500. As I have paid the balance in full the past 5 years, this was very unexpected. It makes the card useless and indicates BoA doesn't care about long term customers.
