BANK OF AMERICA CASH FOR KEY internet
The people who lived next door to us lost there home with B OF A the house stayed empty for 5 months then came a group of people that were everything you dream of in your nightmares. The day they moved in the whole neighbor hood was put off by there rudeness and we could see that they had no real concern for the home. The fact that they did not have trash pick up for 6 weeks gave this away. The place was left with tons of stuff, from the othere owners, which they removed. They even broke the house to get to stuff. They presented the the police with a false lease. We had drug traffic from them, loud music day and night, people coming all day and night. We feared for our lives, as they were aggressive with us. The police were called out about 10 times from many neighbors in a six week time. The house was sold off,for one fifth the value, the bank ended up with the house again, under the name landsafe title which I was told was part of Bank AMERICA. Here comes the great part, these people were given, I was told 5000 dollars to move out, called cash for key. They lied, got free PGE water, stuff from the house and received 5000 for all this. We had our lives turned upside down for 2 months, not to speak of the smell and the fear, making it almost inpossible for me to run my home business, with loud horrible music, and BANK OF America REWARD them.

First off I am with you that it seems "unfair" that they got $5000 to move out, and BofA is just rewarding bad behavior. However, a majority of your report seems to be based on Rumor and what you "think" is going on
The day they moved in the whole neighbor hood was put off by there rudeness and we could see that they had no real concern for the home.
- Really...they had been there only a day and you had already determined that they had no concern for the house? Just how did you come to this speedy conclusion?
So then by your own words it seems as if your biggest issue is the $5,000 they received. Okay even though you only have what you "heard" in this, let's take that they did get this money. From your description they were "problem neighbors", they could have fought foreclosure for several months, probably destroyed the house even more. But BofA gave them an "out". So if it took $5,000 to get rid of these people isn't it worth it for you? While I haven't heard of giving cash, this is done all the time in other ways such as a "Short Sale" where the bank just lets the borrower walk away if they promise to move out by a certain date and don't fight the foreclosure.
If you want to be upset at anyone..be upset at the neighbors. But based on your first comments..perhaps take a look at yours as well.

Your report conclusion is hearsay. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hearsay] If this is just a hearsay, it holds no weight on anything. In other words, you cannot prove it with hard evidence but words. I am sorry, even this story is true, it has nothing to do with the bank. It is just your jealousy on your ex-neighbor.

Your problem is with the scumbags that moved in; that is not the bank's fault. Your neighbors did not pay them, so the bank had to sell it to someone that would pay them.
