Bank of America Fannie Mae We applied for home loan modification and after 6/8months period they denied and reason was incomplete documentation Internet
Hi we been kicked out/evacute from our house where we been living for more than 4years never late on payments, but last year because of the economy our income went down and we applied for home loan modification programme sent all the documents somewhere missing sent them that too and in the meantime cant afford to pay the whole mortgage but still paying half of the mortgage what we can afford, we been calling Bank of America all the time about our modification process but they always tell us its still not done give us run around all the time, customer service was soo rude never answer you right and if they cant just hangup on us, after a year i dont remember correctly the duration but got a letter from BOA that your application is denied because of lack of incomplete documentations and Fannie Mae own your house now and if i need any more assistance call them and not to call us that was(BOA), we start calling Fannie Mae they said they dont have any record for our property had been foreclose and they dont have any records of our property with them, this cat and mouse chase went for good 4/6months finally we got a letter from Fannie Mae attorney in Dallas that u have a month to move out from the house and fannie mae own your house now. This is my story i email several time to Teas Attorney General about my situation but never get any reply, can someone help us please. We been out of our house since feb2010 and i truely think its a wrongful foreclosure.
Thanks

Get someone else to write your letters, you may get a better response from the attorney general and Fannie Mae.

"paying half of the mortgage"
"i truely think its a wrongful foreclosure"
Any chance it's because you've been paying only half of the amount due? Any chance at all?
