Bank of America(India) is guilty of Treason.

They push Americas out of their jobs in American cities, and send American jobs to India. BofA has even built office buildings in India.

This violates supporting American workers and the American economy. Then when these American people have lost their jobs and owe Bank of America money for mortgage and credit cards and can't pay them, Bank of America goes after them for non-payment.
What's wrong with this picture ?

Treason is a violation of allegiance toward one's own country and people, a betrayal of trust and confidence.

Simple transfer of wealth!

But not exactly what you likely think.

American CEO's make... ummm... about 700 times (700X) now what their lowest paid employees make, but this is simply not enough for poor starving CEO's and their poor starving families. So they will continue to transfer more and more wealth away from the workers to themselves and the stockholders, but mostly to themselves. One way to do this is move work to people who will work for less money meaning the execs can take even more without the customers noticing. Extreme unbalances, however, can usually only last so long....

The sale of product provides income to a company, and the more of that income the execs take for themselves causes less money to be left over for new product development and service.

In Japan the CEO by law can pay himself no more than six times (6X) what his/her lowest paid employees make. Toyota and Honda are two typical examples. What are the results?

Toyota and Honda can hire more engineers and designers than GM and Ford which means new designs are developed with with greater attention to the details, and mathematicians can be hired to develop tools to prevent variation in manufacture. Also, more money is available for the purchase of better raw materials to build the products. What is the result? GM with its ever-higher paid execs continues to loose market share even as they offer interest-free loans and rebates.

GM had almost 60% of the US car market in 1970 but less than 24% today. Why? Their cars are simply not as good as the offerings from Toyota and Honda who entered the US car market using disruptive innovation. As GM (and Ford) sell fewer and fewer cars , the higher the percentage of each car sale proceeds that will go to the execs. Simple math. But notice that GM and Ford blame their costs on the retirees! Cute!

So foriegn banks with much lower paid execs may one day enter the US market and push the US banks out by offering better financial services and products, just as Toyota and Honda can now expand and build ever more factories in the USA because they consider "high paid" American workers to be a bargain.

Is corporate greed ALL around-not just BofA. Look at what minimum wage is now. No one wants to work for what people in other countries will/can work for. Simple as that. Everyone wants a million dollars regardless of if they work for it or not.
And you clearly have no idea of what treason really is. By your definition, everyone who has turned down those jobs before they were taken out of the country is guilty. Let the trials begin.
