Bank Of America Life destroyed,credit destroyed,fraudulent charges,ect.ect.Phoenix Arizona
The Bank of America and want to sue them for completely distroying my life, my credit, my wife divorced me and am in bankrupsy and could possibly lose my house, all because of what this bank has done to me ! they wont even send me my old checking account saying that they can't find it ! and I know why it's because it shows all the evidence of what they did to me when there where two fraudulent charges made on my credit card back in june of 2005 and this has just been a huge domino effect that just keeps going on and on and they will not even talk with me!
i have emailed them over 200 letters sent my story to the bbb and they just pawn me off from one place to the other and then just get disconnected when they try to send me to someone else!the bofa that is! I want to sue this bank and possibly even paypal for allowing these charges to my cc to happen and i have never even given my cc number to paypal but somehow there was two back to back charges on it one for 1140.00 and another for 699.00 made to someplace that went over seas and when this happened And was paying around 15% on it up untill these two charges where made then the next month and from there after they imediatly jumped it to over 30% and then even higher up to 32.9% !
I had a 15000.00 credit limit with the bofa and balance was about 14000.00 and was about to refinance my house and pay off my bills i had, and I had an average credit fico score of 733 between all three credit agencies and should have gotten a 5.25% rate but when these charges where made this put my credit card ballance over its limit and i had never gone over my limit before and always made my payments on time but the bofa saw a good oppertunity to start making double the intrest i had been paying, since when you break your default with any of these credit card companies then they all can raise your limits as high as they can by law!
Well I am not the one who allowed these charges to go through they where and paypal told me that they reversed these charges the next day after it happened, but this all happened way back in june of 2005 and when the bofa fraud department did a check on all my purchases prior to these two and took off about 3 or 4 thousand dollars off my card and then put the charges back onto it as they checked all my charges prior to these two then put them back on gradually up untill they came to the two in question and since there was only 9 digits on the credit card bill for the phone number they just didn't call paypal, and they put these back onto my bill and the whole thing started all over again.
and when i went to refinance my house instead of getting a 5.25% rate for the 400,000.00 refi i ended up having to get a variable rate and it started at 6.9 and went up from there and the difference just between the payments is over 800.00 a month and that alone adds up to having to pay a minimum of over 288,000.00 more over the term of the loan of 360 months and i don't make an extra 8 or 900 a month
This has much much more to this that you wont even believe when i tell you the whole story. but i need help to file a nice say maybe 2.5 million dollar suit against them maybe more this has devistated my life and these people wont even talk to me. i have called them and they pass me from one person to the next and then they say well you need to talk to the solutions people and i call them up then they tell me i need to talk to the fraud department then i call them and they say i need to talk to some other department and say i will transfer you and then click i'm gone !
this has been going on now for the last 2 1/2 years I am in bankrupsy thanks to this and had to do that just so i could keep my house which i at one time bought it and put 157,000.00 down on a house which i purchased for 314,000 and now i owe over 450,000.00 dollars on ! plus my wife who i was supporting through law school thinking that i made these charges and thought that i was bipolar and going out of control spending money in a crazy manic way ,she throws this credit card statement at me one day and thinking i was going out of controll spending money like a madman and she bails out on me taking her salary with her and divorced me !
but thats nither here or there other than the fact that i was going to possibly retire with the money she would have been making as a lawyer but this bank has charged me over 14000.00 in fines and fees and NFS charges! When these charges put my credit limit over its limit the all my other merchants also raised my intrest rates as high as they could also and lowered my credit limits!
I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone to this guy that was with the bofa's fraud department and even he said that they where going to have to pay me back for all my other credit card higher limit fees and said he would be back with me in 24 hours with a solution and i said to him how is it your going to fix my once 733 credit rating and the fact that i am having to pay a 7.1+ somethin and constantly going up due to the fact that i had to take a variable rate just to be able to afford living in my house since my wife took her 44k a year away when she bailed on me, on my current mortgage now and how are you going to fix that my wife saw these charges on my credit card and has since divorced me ? and she was in her last year of law school at the time and has since graduated and taken the law exam and lol failed it twice but this was going to be my retirement when she became a lawyer and had been married for 14 years and she was 15 years younger than me !
well he said we have our ways and just kept saying that but said he would get back to me in 24 hours ? well guess what that was way over a year and a half ago ??? I think the man was probly fired cos he kept telling me that this was not any of my fault ! well i said yes I know this but how are you going to fix any of this and when i called back the next week they said that he was not in his office and i never did hear from anyone there again and tried to get this resolved but its just going to have to go to court to get this resolved and mean while guess who has suffered the conciquences? me !
This has caused me an undbelieveable amount of stress i go over this all in my head every night and lose sleep over it and even has effected my health before all of this i never get sick or never get stressed and now its so much on my mind It is litterally driving me down and taking its toll!
Like i said this what i have said here is only even the tip of some of this thing there is soo much more that they have done even after i paid that card off when i refied but this is only half of the story it even gets better ! but i just get so d**n mad and hate even going into it and i hate typing!
i need some help here and this is a truely great case against them that I cant lose and i really think that I can sue this bank and win at least getting my credit restored and make them pay for completely distroying my good name and my outstanding credit the proof is even on my credit report it shows exactly what they did and to this day they still never took off the fraudulent charges which where over 1800.00+ plus all the 32.9% intrest charges and over the limit fees ! but this is not the point its my credit and the damage that they refuse to even admit that it was there fault and to do anything about it !
I dont get any response from emails or written letters to them except in the emails i send them all i get is "this is a matter that needs attention personally and if you will call this number we will gladly try to help you with this unfortunate matter" and i have called every number they have given me and turns out the same after explaining what they have done to me and my life or credit they pass me off to someone else and then i get disconnected !
I've even gone into several branches personally and tried to tell one of the officers at several branches ! and I do it very proffesionally and keep my cool and try to get them to help me out but one guy said sorry but theres nothing i can do for you! and at my own branch the bank vice president is always too busy for me so finnally on a friday night at 7:45 pm I got a call back from her and after telling her this nightmare she says I'm so sorry but you need to call the solutions people ! and you know she wanted to go home and not be bothered by my peoblems!
Now I'm not the kind of person that just looks to sue someone to make me rich in fact i'm usually completely against things like that when I hear about people that make money like that but this has completely frustrated me and cost me litterally thousands and thousands of dollars that they have just taken from my checking account to pay their fines and fees and over the limit fees but the most damaging thing by far is what they have done to my credit ! They took it from a 733 and now if its a 450 i would be suprised and i worked d**n hard to get it up to that only so this greedy bank could raise my intrest rate! when i asked them why these charges even went through and said what is a limit to them if someone that has this power to allow two charges to go through when it puts your credit over its said limit usually and especially charges of this much back to back where allowed to even go through and it was even more than my daily spending limit was at! credit cards usually have a daily limit that you can spend and if you go over that then they cancel it or they will make you call them first or they will even call you and ask you if you where the one making these charges ? but they never did they just let em go through and the next month my intest rate went up from 15% to 32% and then they sent a letter into the credit reporting agencies and then they lowered my fico score and also sent out letters to all my other credit merchants which followed the same course of action ! Raised my rates and lowered my limits ! my amex took my 15000.00 limit and lowered it to my current balance which was only at about 1200 at the time and then couldn't put anthing more on that account !
This has been a nightmare and i want this bank to pay for there greedy blowing me off attitude and for putting me in this state of fear of losing my house and everything that i have been working for the last 10 years for ! I am now 52 years old and my credit is in the toilet my wife left and my hair has all fallen out! luckily i am still in good health but with all of this stress thats a wonder in itself !
I and can be reached 24/7 i dont even use my home phone cos all i ever get calls on that is from bill collectors now since i am waiting to see if my bankrupsy is even going to go through ???
I need some advice or someone to lodge a law suit for me so I can get my life and credit and sanity back! Like I said this has cost me many thousands of dollars and still is costing me a ton of money and I can't afford to go hire a lawyer and thats what i'm sure these super banks thrive on that they have all their high price lawyers and don't have to worry about someone like me who to them is just a frickin number !
But if You or you know someone who would like to take this case I would gladly do a pro-bono percentage and i also have some very incriminating papers that shows on my some credit card statements that they have given me ! but these are just various credit card statements that they sent me not month to month !
The main thing that they won't send me is my old checking account which shows all the charges and fees and fines and how they would take from my savings account or another checking account they created to cover the overage that they kept putting these two fraud charges back and forth on my credit card they took thousands of dollars and just said this was how they worked ! not telling me just ripping me off! Thanks please Respond or forward this letter to whom ever you think can help me out or give me some kind of leagal solution!

A co-worker of mine was telling me about something that happened to him, and I believe he has BOA. Some overseas entity is withdrawing around $1300 per month. Apparently BOA has "closed" the account and opened up a new account for my co-worker to begin using. The funny thing is that no matter what BOA does to stop the ACH withdrawals, their computers keep paying. BOA has tried closing the account and the computer re-opens it and pays the withdrawal. For some reason, BOA cannot stop the withdrawals (I don't understand why) and now the account has a negative $6000 balance. They also don't understand why the computer keeps on paying with such a large negative balance. In addition, since the money is going overseas, once it is gone, it's gone and they haven't been able to get it back.
Supposedly my co-worker is not being held responsible, however they also know my co-worker can't even begin to come up with the money to cover it. Maybe, because they were able to recoup much of the money from you, they didn't bother looking into it further.

Sueing Bank Of America will be about as successful as sueing Enron or Worldcom! You can try it, but it most likely will not work out for you. The Laws in this country are written to PROTECT the FRAUDULENT Corporations that exist in the USA! It's sad, but true!
Look at all of the corporate FRAUD and look at the outcome for many of these executives! A few years in prison for DESTROYING people's lives and draining them of their RETIREMENTS!!! (Enron, Worldcom, Qwest...)
