Bank of America Loan officer Julie Azu note spelling of last name may not be correct I was calling to check mortage rates on refinace and transfered to loan officer Julie Azu she asked me questions r/t my house then stated we were not qualified for a refinance and not worth the tme Boston, Massachusetts

I decided to check out rates for mortage refinace to save my family some money.  I went on the web site for Bank of America and called the number on the screen for ore information.


The person who answered first asked me what I would like to know and he stated he would transfer me to aloan officer who could give me greater details on programs offered.


I was transfered to loan officer Julie Azu (not sure of spelling of last name) she asked me 2 questions about my loans and told me we were not eligible because our loan was more than 80%.  I asked her what do mean I have credit rating in the 700's and have a current mortage.  she then staed we were not worth it.


I stated I don't understand were not worth but without our tax bailout you would not have a job.  She promptly hung up on me. I called back got the name of her supervisor and filed a former compliant his first name is Harsha I was not given a last ame because the person i was speaking with could not pronounce it.
