Bank Of America overdraft charges are total ripoff New York New York
i been charged two $31.00 for overdraft fees on my checking account while i have my checking linked to my MMS account and they could just moved my money from my savings account.
This was not the first time this has happen either. The last time when this happened, i called them and it took me over half hour finally get a live person on the phone that can answer my question, i was told that my checking account was opened in new jersey and my savings account was opened in new york, that's why the overdraft protection didnt work. Big deal?! Not my problem, i signed up for the overdraft protection plan and was never told that this wouldnt work. But they said sorry. And never gave me money back.
This time same thing happen again and i am going to file a rip-off report. Bank of america lower standards.
